Our Returns Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Sleepwear & Underwear
  • Headwear (once removed from packaging)
  • Personalized or custom-made items

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our team within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you’d like to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for approval – Our customer service team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
  3. Package your item – Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt.
  4. Ship your return – Send the package to our returns center at the address provided in your RMA email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you’re responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Refund times may vary depending on your payment provider
  • Sale items are only eligible for exchange or store credit

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. To process an exchange:

  1. Follow the same return process outlined above
  2. Clearly state in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
  3. If the replacement item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
  4. If it costs less, we’ll refund you the difference

Damaged or Defective Items
